Students are introduced to some simple functions. Exercise set A relates increasing speed to the concept of slope in an intuitive way. Exercise set B encourages students to discriminate between continuous data (time, distance) and discontinous data (number of boxes). For the last set of exercises, students complete their own T-table and graph.
